Meadowbrook at Clayton

Good course and great value for the money. Plainish layout, but very good conditions. Greens healthy and true but slow. Dayton golf is a bargain! Course really needs water out there; perhaps you can drink from the bathroom sink but that's about it.

If you are looking for a quality and affordable venue for your event, I would recommend Meadowbrook at Clayton. They have multiple room size options depending on your needs. I loved having access to a warming oven, prep kitchen, ice machine, and two rolling ice trays to keep beverages cold. The only downsize is the dumpsters were full, so we had to haul away the excess trash bags that could not fit in the dumpsters. The event manager Cassy was accommodating and reached out multiple times after the booking to ensure she was up to date on the event plans to include table and room set up and planned number of guests. She was on site throughout the event in the occurrence there were any concerns.

Our Dayton Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. recently hosted our revived Kappa Comedy Show at Meadowbrook at Clayton, and we couldn't have been happier with our experience. From the planning stages through the night of the event, Cassy and Lexi were absolutely outstanding. They were professional, responsive, organized, and always willing to help with every detail. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service made the planning process smooth and allowed us to focus on our guests. The venue was beautiful, the staff was welcoming, and everything came together perfectly. We received many compliments from our attendees on the facility and the overall experience. If you're looking for a venue for a banquet, fundraiser, wedding, or special event, I highly recommend Meadowbrook at Clayton. Thank you, Cassy, Lexi, and the entire Meadowbrook team for helping make our Kappa Comedy Show such a memorable success! Cris Ball DAC of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.

First time playing the course today!! Great staff and great carts!! The course layout was very simple and easy to navigate! The greens were in great shape!! The price was awesome at 37 for 18 definitely worth the price! Will be returning in the future!

My wife and I moved from Fort Worth, and I must say, this course is AWESOME... Not only were the greens surprisingly well kept, the carts had built in GPS and green maps with digital score cards.. Not to mention a nice bar with $2.50 beers ..... 23$ green fees here . This course would be 123$ in Fort Worth and nearly impossible to get a tee time! We'll be regulars for sure!
